I will take returns for un-stated defects on items.

I will take returns for Wrong item sent.

I will take returns for things if they "don't fit" if you pay return shipping. The better option is, you can use my picture, and description, to list the item on E-Bay yourself upon my approval.

For Logos, and other Graphic Design:

I WILL make sure you are satisfied with your product. No matter what.

You will be in constant contact with me while I am designing your item. Its good to have MSN messenger or Yahoo Messenger for this. If you don't have a messenger, you can use web messenger , which requires no downloading of any kind. If you prefer Email, that is also fine.
